Main Responsibilities
- Devise strategies for growth of business by expanding assets under management and acquiring international institutional mandate.
- Implement sales strategies to successfully achieve business goals, focusing on deals around VCC's with real assets.
- Handle high-profile investors, clients, and business partners, leading the team to generate/source VCC deals and investments/AUM.
- Develop and maintain ambitious sales plans for expanding the VCC solution to multiple markets, aligned with Amicorp Financial Markets ("AFIN") business strategies.
- Apply targeted sales approach based on the sales plan, actively seeking sales opportunities, identifying needs, creating interest, and addressing objections.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new products and services for markets/clients.
- Drive sales through commercial leadership, achieving/exceeding individual sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring prospect closure.
- Build and leverage relationships to develop new opportunities and leads with existing and/or new clients.
- Organize and represent the company at seminars and industry-related networking events.
- Lead, coordinate, and conduct marketing activities, maintaining an active pipeline of prospects.
- Achieve a two-year hard target of AUM of 1 billion, with the one-year target being AUM 400 million.
- Sign up banks in certain locations to use the Company's Platform as their Private Banking Platform without an offshore Private Banking Platform.
- Sign up Asset Managers in other locations to use the company's Platform as their Offshore Asset Management Platform.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Custodian platforms in various markets, ensuring smooth execution and operations.
Other Duties
- Undertake the role of director, nominee, manager, partner, secretary, authorized signatory, or any related position in internal entities or client entities of Amicorp Group, as necessary and required by Management.
- Undertake other duties related to the position, as agreed with Management.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- 18+ years of sales experience in Wealth Structuring/Institutional Sales/Fund industry with an existing demonstrable book of clients.
- Demonstrated success in Sales with a background in Structuring, Investment Funds required to fully understand client requirements.
- Prior experience successfully selling VCCs and funds, with exposure to financial products.
- Experience and track record in rapidly growing business and generating income, converting institutional and UHNWI clients.
- Commercial drive with proven ability to penetrate markets and ensure sales closure.
- Strong leadership, social, and interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude and creativity.
- Experience in management or team leadership with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent client-facing skills with well-developed spoken and written communication abilities tailored to different audiences.
- Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-driven, highly organized with good decision-making and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure in a dynamic team environment, part of a larger organization.
- Proven leadership and team player skills, with ambition to excel in the role.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
