OUR ACCOUNTING PACKAGES
TIER 1 ACCOUNTING SERVICES (STANDARD PACKAGE)
To keep the entity compliant at all times according to specific jurisdictional bookkeeping requirements.
Includes preparation of statutory financial statements as per local reporting requirements:
- Accounting records: includes general ledger, bookkeeping, and year-end closing processes, audit documentation
- Reporting: statutory financial statements, reported in entity’s local currency and local language
- Timelines: financial statements as per local statutory requirements (e.g., annually)
- Includes preparation of financial statements and first review, final review, execution, and filing
- Includes preparation of tax returns, vat declarations, and payroll services as per fee schedules
TIER 1 service fee depends on jurisdictional requirements, complexity, and volume of transactions:
Additional out of scope services will be billed on time spent basis and will be invoiced in arrears
TIER 2 ACCOUNTING SERVICES (EXTENDED PACKAGE)
To assist business managers in making informed decisions based on more frequent reporting and specific customized reports to control major parts of the business (e.g., receivables, inventory levels, etc.)
Includes preparation of both interim and final statutory financial statements as per client’s requirements:
- Accounting records: includes general ledger, bookkeeping, and year-end closing processes, audit documentation
- Reporting: statutory financial statements, reported in entity’s local currency and local language, plus reporting in one additional currency and language
- Pre-agreed business reporting requirements (e.g., receivables, inventory levels, etc.)
- Timelines: both interim and final reporting and financial statements
- Includes local GAAP based financial statements conversion to alternative reporting standards (e.g., IFRS)
TIER 2 service fee depends on jurisdictional requirements, complexity, and volume of transactions:
- This accounting services fee is dependent on additional pre-agreed business reporting requirements
- Service fee can be capped at a pre-determined set fee subject to the above criteria
- Can include payroll accounting for a set fee for a pre-agreed number of employees
- Additional out of scope services will be billed on time spent basis and will be invoiced in arrears
TIER 3 MANAGEMENT REPORTING SERVICES (CFO ASSIST PACKAGE)
Financial management reporting services include real-time accounting and management of an entity’s financial processes according to the client’s requirements, providing timely management reporting and transactional data allowing decision-makers to concentrate on direct business activities.
Includes additional services on top of functions covered by TIER 1 and TIER 2 packages:
- Design and manage custom management information system for the board and shareholders
- Structure all transactional data according to client’s requirements (e.g., set-up customers, suppliers, products categories, and transactions types for intragroup transactions reconciliation)
- Assistance with budgeting and cash flow forecasting as per client’s requirements
- Revenue and receivables analysis and management (customer contracts and revenue forecast)
- Customer/suppliers contract timelines management, cost management insights
- Ongoing transaction monitoring for managing internal controls
- Implementing internal controls, policies and procedures, inventory levels control.
TIER 3 Service fee depends on specific client’s requirements and business volume estimates:
- This financial management services fee would include the full scope of pre-agreed management functions
- Service fee can be capped at a set fee upon agreeing on the full extent of engagement
- Additional out of scope services will be billed on time spent basis and will be invoiced in arrears
