Amicorp Capital (DIFC) Ltd. is an entity regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority that offers comprehensive end-to-end structured finance and capital markets solutions, including advisory, agency services, fiduciary functions, arranging issuance, and listing of financial instruments. We do so with a collaborative approach while ensuring technical excellence, regulatory and legal adherence, and commercial viability of our solutions.
It is widely accepted that Dubai is the heart of the emerging markets, and we are perfectly positioned in Dubai's International Financial Centre ("DIFC"), which holds global leader status and is the number one financial center in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia ("MEASA"). There is increasing wealth in the MEASA region, including expansion in trade and investment. Therefore, the DIFC is an ideal base to access the opportunities therein.
