Amicorp Fund Services (DIFC) Limited has been granted a Category 4 license by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to provide Fund Administration services within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
This authorization reflects Amicorp’s continued commitment to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, governance, and operational integrity across all jurisdictions in which it operates.
The new license complements Amicorp’s existing Category 3A license, which authorizes non-discretionary fund and asset management services, and its Designated Non-Financial Business or Profession (DNFBP) license for corporate and fiduciary services. Together, these licenses demonstrate the Group’s strong regulatory foundation and the confidence placed in Amicorp by the DFSA.
As part of the global Amicorp Group, the DIFC entity will continue to serve institutional and private clients with reliable fund administration and fiduciary services in line with evolving global regulations.
This development strengthens Amicorp’s long-standing presence in the UAE and reinforces its role as a trusted partner in the region’s financial services sector.
