By Elia Nicolaou – Managing Director, Amicorp Cyprus & Head of ESG Services
For our clients operating between the United Kingdom and Kazakhstan, access, insight, and trusted relationships matter.
We are pleased to confirm that Amicorp has been recognized as a Multinational Member of The British-Kazakh Society (BKS) through 13 January 2027.
This membership strengthens our ability to support clients navigating cross-border investment, corporate structuring, and fund solutions across two markets of growing strategic importance. Through BKS, we gain enhanced access to a respected bilateral platform that promotes commercial, financial, and diplomatic engagement between the UK and the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Society’s network includes leading multinational corporations, law firms, advisory firms, and institutional stakeholders, enabling deeper connectivity, informed dialogue, and greater visibility into evolving regulatory and market developments.
For our clients, this translates into stronger on-the-ground intelligence, expanded strategic relationships, and continued support in structuring investments with confidence across both jurisdictions.
We look forward to leveraging this platform to create meaningful opportunities and long-term value for those we serve.
Why this matters for Amicorp
Our engagement in the BKS framework reinforces several strategic priorities:
- Central Asia expansion: Kazakhstan continues to position itself as a regional financial center, particularly through the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).
- Cross-border structuring: Increasing investor flows between the UK and Kazakhstan require sophisticated governance, fiduciary, and fund administration expertise.
- Institutional visibility: Participation alongside prominent multinational members strengthens Amicorp’s positioning within high-level bilateral networks.
Our Focus in the Region
Through our regional capabilities, Amicorp supports clients with:
- Corporate and fiduciary structuring
- Fund and investment vehicle administration
- Regulatory compliance and governance support
- Cross-border capital deployment frameworks
The British-Kazakh corridor represents an important growth vector, particularly in natural resources, infrastructure, energy transition, and private equity investment.
This membership is not symbolic, it is strategic. It aligns with our broader objective to be present where capital flows are evolving and where our expertise can facilitate compliant, scalable international expansion.
We look forward to actively engaging with the BKS community and strengthening Amicorp’s role as a trusted structuring and governance partner in the region.
