Amicorp Group has secured a new license in Argentina that makes it one of the few independent global providers authorized to act as a regulated financial trustee in the country’s capital markets.

Amicorp Trust Company Argentina S.A. has been approved by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (National Securities Commission) to operate as an Agente de Administración de Productos de Inversión Colectiva – Fiduciario Financiero, or Collective Investment Products Administration Agent – Financial Trustee, opening new capital markets opportunities for its clients.

With this license, Amicorp is now empowered to:

• Act as a financial trustee for both public offerings and private transactions
• Structure and administer securitizations and asset-backed securities (“ABS”)
• Serve as bondholder’s representative agent for corporate bond issuances
