Juan Pablo Fernandez Ranvier
Managing Director
Juan Pablo holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and an Executive MBA from the IAE Business School. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and capital market sectors, starting at Marval, O´Farrell & Mairal law firm. In 2002, he joined ABN AMRO Bank in Argentina, and in 2005 he took the Managing Director’s role overseeing the fiduciary business.
His professional trajectory includes management positions at Equity Trust and TMF Trust, both in Argentina. In 2017, still with TMF, he was appointed Latam Business Development Director for Capital Market Services. In this role, he led the acquisition of the Corporate Trust business of Deutsche Bank Brazil and FiduPeru, Bancolombia´s trust company in Peru, and developed the business line in LatAm.
Juan Pablo has been a member on the board of the Argentine Trust Chamber and member of the Argentine Finance Executives Institute (IAEF) and Dutch Chamber.
Juan Pablo has been a regular speaker at seminars and conferences covering different aspects related to capital market, trust, and fiduciary business, including the Securitizations in Latin America (SILAS) conferences and Latin America Project & Infrastructure Finance Summits (Latin Finance). Languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
