The SEO Specialist and Paid Media Specialist (SEM/PPC Manager) is responsible for optimizing web content to improve visibility and ranking on search engines and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). This role focuses on increasing organic and paid traffic, leads, and conversions for the company or its clients. The specialist will utilize keyword research, technical SEO, link-building strategies, and pay-per-click (PPC) ad management to ensure the best return on investment (ROI). Additionally, the role involves detailed performance analysis and strategic adjustments to optimize results continuously.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • SEO Strategy and Optimization, Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.

  • Keyword Research and Analysis, Perform extensive keyword research to identify opportunities for optimizing content and driving organic search performance across different web pages.

  • Technical SEO and Website Audits, Conduct regular website audits to ensure the site is optimized for search engines, addressing issues such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, and indexing.

  • Link-Building Strategies, Implement effective link-building strategies to improve the site’s authority, credibility, and overall search rankings.

  • Paid Media Campaign Management (SEM/PPC), Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, budget adjustments, and bid management.

  • Ad Performance Monitoring and Optimization, Monitor the performance of paid media campaigns, analyzing data such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

  • Adjust campaigns as necessary to improve ROI and performance.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting, Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO/PPC platforms to track campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders on organic and paid traffic, rankings, and conversions.

  • ROI Tracking and Budget Management, Track the return on investment (ROI) of both SEO initiatives and paid media campaigns, ensuring that advertising spend is efficiently allocated to deliver maximum results.

  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends, Stay informed of the latest trends in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing to ensure that the company remains competitive in search rankings and paid advertising efficiency.


TIME RECORDING:



  • Accurately record client billable time and value of service when working on client projects, handle pricing, invoicing and collection of outstanding fees for the portfolio of clients.

  • Monitor own productivity and client billing and review productivity and performance against targets. to ensure that individual financial targets and client communication KPIs are met.

  • Follow a disciplined approach to submitting timesheets for client work and meet the financial individual and team targets.


OTHER DUTIES



  • Undertake the role of director, nominee, manager, partner, secretary, authorized signatory or any related position in internal entities or client entities of the Group, where necessary and required by the Management.

  • Undertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed with Management.


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO and paid media (PPC) management, with a proven track record of driving traffic, leads, and conversions through both organic and paid strategies.

  • SEO Expertise, Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.

  • Paid Media Management, Experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on maximizing ROI and conversion rates.

  • Analytical Skills, Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

  • Keyword Research and Link Building, Expertise in conducting keyword research and developing linkbuilding strategies to improve organic search rankings and authority.

  • Problem-Solving and Optimization, Strong ability to analyze data, identify performance issues, and adjust strategies to improve both organic and paid search performance.

  • Expertise in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.

  • Experience with data analysis, ROI tracking, and providing actionable insights to improve search visibility and ad campaign performance.
