Main Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Define and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement marketing strategies and plans that meet the goals of both the business and the client, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and market demands
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, events) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee content creation, copywriting, and design for marketing materials, including brochures, email newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using KPIs and metrics to measure success and optimize future efforts.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery, including overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee all aspects of campaign delivery, coordinating across internal teams to ensure collaboration, timely execution, and meeting of deliverables.
- Proactively address challenges and roadblocks in project execution, adjusting plans as necessary to meet client expectations and campaign objectives.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including website management, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality and engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.
Brand Management & Communication
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring that all marketing collateral aligns with the company’s values and vision.
- Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and partnerships with influencers or brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative and impactful marketing materials.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Design and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads for the sales team. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
- Leverage CRM tools to track customer journeys, analyze behavior, and optimize marketing efforts for better engagement.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to retain existing customers and increase lifetime value.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze marketing performance data to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to evaluate marketing performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to gather insights and inform data-driven decisions.
- Recommend adjustments to marketing strategies based on performance data to achieve business goals.
- Gather and analyze campaign performance data, preparing detailed reports for clients to demonstrate success, identify areas of improvement, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs. Use insights to inform campaign strategies and ensure relevance and competitiveness.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure high-quality output.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members to promote professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to experiment with new ideas and techniques.
- Lead cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and coordinate with other departments such as sales, product, and customer service.
- Work closely with creative, digital, and analytics teams to execute and optimize campaigns, ensuring all elements of the project are cohesive and aligned with the marketing strategy.
Qualifications, skills, and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media) and content strategy.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions.
- Expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
