Taking advantage of Panama’s geographic position and its now expanded canal which connects the world and has always facilitated international trade and business relationships, Amicorp established its own office in Panama in 2017.

Due to recent global changes and events, Panama has a stronger commitment to transparency, stricter new regulations have been implemented and several changes in legislation have been made.

Our main task is to deliver a quality service to our clients with Panamanian entities (S.A. or Foundation) within their structures, assisting in the establishment of personal holding structures and in the coordination of asset protection vehicles. We also provide support to the sales efforts of our representatives globally related to all services regarding Panama entities.

We have a team of local experts ready to assist in all of our client needs.

Our office provides all other Amicorp Group products and services including, but not limited to:

  • Assistance and coordination related to international consulting, structuring and international corporate management services in various jurisdictions;
  • Coordinating investment mutual funds in various jurisdictions; and
  • Providing international accounting and outsourcing solutions for clients.
