Kiran is a native of Bangalore, India and a Chartered Accountant by profession. Kiran started his career in 1998 in the finance and accounting department at IBM, Bangalore. Prior to joining Amicorp, he worked for a Private Management Consultancy Company, providing incorporation, incubation and outsourced support solutions to global corporations including Applied Materials (USA), BEA Systems (Hong Kong), Zellweger Uster (Switzerland), Luwa India (Zurich) and Broadcom (USA).

Kiran has much expertise in establishing and managing financial operations; he was engaged in ERP and financial systems implementation, obtaining the ASCAA (Accounting System and Security Control Audit) and ISO certifications for BPO/KPO and ITES of multinational corporations. He has presented technical papers on various topics in the areas of finance, tax and accounting at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bangalore Branch.

In August 2004 Kiran joined Amicorp Group as the Head of Internal Accounting Department and was stationed in the Amicorp Curaçao office for a year. He returned to his native Bangalore in 2005 where he setup the Amicorp captive back office. Kiran played a key role in establishing and implementing the centralized finance, accounting and management reporting systems for Amicorp offices globally. Kiran is also a part of the management team in Amicorp Bangalore, which is the central back office for the entire Group.

In June 2010, Kiran assumed responsibilities as Chief Operating officer (COO) and is a member of the Board of Directors. His focus include providing functional guidance to all the regions to ensure standardization of operational practices across Amicorp; develop and implement global systems and processes with a focus to improve efficiency within the Group and its branch offices.

Kiran is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil.
