Justinas is a Lithuanian national; he holds a degree in Law and an MBA from the Vilnius University.

Justinas was Assistant to the Vice-Chairman of the Lithuanian Parliament experiencing all the developing changes that Lithuania was going through during the first decade of having regained independence. He is also knowledgeable in international trade including the business to business (B2B) sector with NB Europe - one of the largest packaging companies in Europe. Having been responsible for the company's international operations, Justinas gained considerable experience in business management.

Justinas joined Amicorp as the Managing Director of Amicorp Baltic, following several years of practicing law in the public sector. As the Managing Director, Justinas is responsible for preparing, developing and maintaining Amicorp's sales and marketing strategy in the Baltic market as well as for the development of new business opportunities in the Ukraine and Belarus.

Justinas speaks Lithuanian, English and Russian fluently.
