Hedde is a Dutch national, born and raised in the Netherlands. He started his professional career in 1994, working for Pentax. In 1996 he obtained his degree in Personnel and Organization. Later in 1996 Hedde relocated to Aruba where he was involved with some projects for Toyota, after which he moved on to join Deloitte Management Consulting. His responsibilities included strategic reorientation, organizational redesign and performance optimization in the region. In 1999, Hedde moved back to the Netherlands where he continued his management development program with Deloitte. As Senior Manager, he was responsible for the development of Deloitte’s Executive Interim Management activities Human Capital Group.
Human Capital Group was sold in 2004 and became Corgwell. Together with some investors, Hedde participated in Corgwell’s start-up. He was the Chairman of the trust office and as such involved in the strategy determination and growth, mainly by a number of acquisitions. As Division Director and Board Member of Corgwell Group, he took the final responsibility for Corgwell management.
In September 2007, Hedde took on a new challenge; he relocated to Curaçao, the Netherlands Antilles, where he joined Amicorp Curaçao B.V., primarily as Director HR and Organization. Shortly after he was promoted to Managing Director and Branch Manager with overall responsibility for Amicorp Curaçao office.
Hedde speaks fluent Dutch, English and has a good knowledge of German.
