Elaine has been working in the marketing/conference related business for more than 20 years. She is a Dutch national, born in the United Kingdom and raised in Curaçao, the Netherlands Antilles.
Prior to joining Amicorp Elaine was employed by the World Trade Center in Curaçao where she worked for more than 13 years and held different positions. She started with the WTC less than a year after they opened the doors for business and as such she was part of the initial setup of the WTC, and in part responsible for internal policy generation, branding and marketing material development and IT. She later joined the management team as Operations/Conference Manager in which position she was charged with overall logistics, quality control, telecommunications and maintenance of the WTC conference facilities. She was in part responsible for the coordination of the ISO certification obtained for the conference facilities.
In January of 2004 Elaine joined Amicorp Group as Marketing Officer; she is responsible for overall branding and corporate imaging and the development of all internal and external marketing materials and website development for the Amicorp Group. She supports all event coordination within the Group and has successfully organized events internationally.
Elaine is fluent in English, Dutch and Papiamento and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
