Daniel is a South African national who immigrated to London in January of 1999 with his wife. He completed his degree and postgraduate certificate in accounting theory in Durban on the sunny east coast of South Africa. He simultaneously finished his accounts training contract whilst with Morrison Murray (Moore Stephens), completing his time with Morrison Murray as an audit manager. Daniel has an honours degree in accounting and is a qualified South African Chartered Accountant.
Daniel started his professional career in London doing contract work, before joining a software development company specializing in tax, accounting and time management software for Solution 6 (MYOB), as a project accountant.
Daniel has been a member of SAICA since 2003 and holds a reciprocal membership of ICAEW.
In March of 2003 Daniel joined Amicorp UK Ltd. as Financial Controller and operations team leader, and has guided the company through a period of rapid expansion. Daniel has implemented accounting systems for 100m$+ clients, as well as brought in-house services such as VAT, bookkeeping, audit support and final accounts preparation services which are now available directly from Amicorp UK.
As of 2005 Daniel was appointed Director and currently forms part of the Management Team of Amicorp UK Ltd.
