Amicorp do Brasil in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro are Amicorp Group representative offices primarily for Brazil and the Southern Cone of Latin America. The offices work mainly with law firms, tax advisors, banks and financial advisors.
The office can provide all Amicorp Group products, but primarily assists in setting up international structures for Brazilian companies and investors establishing or reorganizing their international presence. The offices also assist in the structuring and establishment of international joint ventures, direct investments, mutual fund investments (into Brazil) and special purpose financing vehicles.
In addition the offices coordinate the establishment of personal holding structures located both in several Caribbean international financial centres and in select non-blacklisted, high-tax jurisdictions. For estate planning purposes, the office coordinates Trusts and Private Foundations, depending upon the client's legal and structuring preferences.
