Miami is an Amicorp Group sales and services office primarily focused in the Latin American market and the Southern area of the U.S. The office works mainly with banks, tax consultants, law firms and financial advisors to assist in setting up cross border international legal structures for Latin American investors. The personnel in the Miami office specializes in coordinating and establishing personal holding structures in Caribbean international financial centres and in select non-blacklisted high-tax jurisdictions. With respect to estate planning, Amicorp Miami assists in setting up Trusts and Private Foundations in jurisdictions that most suit the client's needs.
