Amicorp Mexico is located in Mexico City; it acts as an Amicorp Group representative office primarily for the Mexican market. The office generally has contact with law firms, tax advisors, banks and financial advisors.

Amicorp Mexico primarily provides assistance and support related to a broad range of legal and fiduciary structures for Mexican or international companies and/or individual investors establishing or reorganizing their international presence. The office also provides information related to all Amicorp Group products and services with respect to structuring and establishment of international joint ventures, direct investments, mutual fund investments (into Mexico) and special purpose financing vehicles.

Amicorp Mexico generally undertakes activities providing the appropriate support to help in the achievement of clients’ expectations ensuring efficiency with respect to the establishment of structures located both in various international financial centers and in non-blacklisted, high-tax jurisdictions, according to clients’ requirements as well as legal and structuring preferences.
