Amicorp Mexico is situated in Mexico City and acts as an Amicorp Group representative office primarily for the Mexican market. The office works mainly with law firms, tax advisors, banks and financial advisors.
Though the office can provide all Amicorp Group products, Amicorp Mexico primarily assists in coordinating the set up of a different range of legal and fiduciary structures for Mexican or international companies and/or individual investors establishing or reorganizing their international presence. The office also assists in the structuring and establishment of international joint ventures, direct investments, mutual fund investments (into Mexico) and special purpose financing vehicles.
The office specializes in coordinating the establishment of personal and corporate holding structures located both in various international financial centres and in non-blacklisted, high-tax jurisdictions. For estate planning purposes, the office forms Trusts and Private Foundations, depending upon the client's legal and structuring preferences.
