Amicorp Chile is located in Santiago and acts as an Amicorp Group representative office primarily for Chile. The office works mainly with law firms, tax advisors, banks and financial advisors. Amicorp Chile assists in setting up international infrastructures for Chilean or international companies and/or individual investors establishing or reorganizing their international presence. In addition, the office assists in the structuring and establishment of international joint ventures, direct investments, mutual funds investing into Chile, and special purpose financing vehicles.

The office specializes in coordinating the establishment of personal holding structures located in various international financial centers and in select, non-blacklisted, high-tax jurisdictions. For estate planning purposes, the office coordinates trusts and private foundations, depending upon the client's legal and structural preferences.
