Leo is from China and grew up in Shanghai. He studied Mathematics Statistics at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, where he obtained his Master Degree of Economics.
Leo started his professional career in Andersen Shanghai and founded his own tax firm as a partner in 2004. He joined Grant Thornton Shanghai as the tax leading partner in 2008 and joined Amicorp in 2011, taking on the role of Managing Director in China.
Leo has worked with a lot of global corporate clients engaged in various industries, including automotive, banking, brewery, chemistry, energy, high-tech, industrial, logistic, petroleum, real estate, retail trade, etc. With his professional experience, Zhouhai provides tax planning, compliance and business advisory to companies at both the pre-investment and operational stages. He has also been advising and providing supports to outbound investments.
Leo is a CICPA.
