Ivo is a Dutch national. He joined the Amicorp Group in January, 2006 as Commercial Director for East Asia and is based in Singapore since the beginning of March, 2006.
Ivo started his career at Pierson Trust in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in 1990 after obtaining his Masters degree in Dutch Law at the University of Utrecht. He was the Managing Director of MeesPierson Private Bank and Trust in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and thereafter between 1994 and 2000 of the branch in Curaçao, the Netherlands Antilles.
Ivo returned to The Netherlands at the end of 2000 to take up the management of MeesPierson Intertrust in the Netherlands, as well its Belgium, Danish, Spanish and US offices. In 2003 he became responsible for MeesPierson Private Banking in The Netherlands.
Ivo is fluent in Dutch, English, German and French and has basic knowledge of Italian and Spanish.
