Launches NEW business line in Luxembourg
 
Amicorp Fund Services, an integral part of the Amicorp Group and a leading, independent and globally active fund administrator, announces today that it has further developed global presence by expanding its current license in Luxembourg to include fund services. Amicorp has been active in the Grand Duchy since 1995 and is regulated as domiciliation agent since 2004. The new Amicorp Fund Services business line in Luxembourg will assist international promoters and clients with Fund set-up, NAV calculation, investor services, corporate management, compliance, legal and corporate secretarial services.
